We are still in the planning stages for workshops for 2019 Reflections of Nature
Doug Cox will return to do a Pyrography Workshop.
Gordon Taylor will join us with a Photography Workshop.

Full day workshops .....NOTE show is not open in the morning during judging
but if there is a full day workshop it will be held in the morning. 
Sat, Oct 27: 9am - noon Sat, Oct 27: 1:00 - 4:30pm






Sunday Morning Oct 28 9 am - noon

Join us Sunday morning at the Quick Draw or the Pin Carving.

No workshops on Sunday afternoon.

Come to the Sunday Auction and Awards Ceremony

Registration is not completed until we receive payment, so snail-mail may not be the best option if the workshop is close to filling. We can discuss this when you call.

Pyrography with Colour

1/2 day workshop

Sunday, October 28
9am - noon


Pyrography art work is usually done with varying monochromatic shades of brown, from light to very dark to black. From time to time however, a picture benefits greatly by adding color to it.

In this class the students will be wood-burning an image of birds at a bird house and adding vibrant colours to the picture. Doug will explain how to use water color washes and artist oil color pencil crayons to achieve a fantastic finished piece.

Workshop fees plus $10 for materials:
- Early bird registration by Sept 30 is $35 plus materials
- Registration after Sept 30 will be $45 plus materials

The $10 materials fee is to be added to the above pricing.
