Two passes to the Saturday evening Gala Opening are included in your package.

You are encouraged to donate an item for the Gala Opening Auctions.

Set-up for the show is on Friday from noon - 8 pm or Saturday from 9:00 am - noon.  Booths must be ready to go when the doors open to the public on Saturday at noon. There is a cargo door that leads directly into Hall E that can be used during set-up and take-down.

The booths will be separated with four foot draped stands. Draped tables and chairs will be supplied (one table & two chairs per single booth).

All vendors will be supplied with a name tag. We ask that they use these during both the set up and the show to help us with our security.

All vendors shall be responsible for and shall supervise their booths. Although the committee members watch diligently during the day and overnight security is provided by Prairieland, theft and misuse can happen. The Saskatchewan Wildlife Art Association accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged articles or liability for any injury or damage to any person. There will be commissionaires present for security Friday and Saturday nights from 10pm - 8 am.

Vendors are to keep their booth set up until closing time on Sunday at 4 pm so that even the late-comers have a chance to see everything.
