PANDEMIC GUIDELINES

THIS SHOW WILL BE FOLLOWING CURRENT PROVINCIAL ORDERS TO HELP STOP THE SPREAD OF COVID: 

If there are any regulations that apply at the time of the show we will post them here. 

IN ADDITION WE RECOMMEND, BUT DO NOT ENFORCE: 

1.) MASKS - although not mandatory, we recommend wearing a mask to help prevent the spread of germs. 
2.) HAND WASHING - Prairieland supplies hand sanitization stations which will be strategically placed around the  hall. 
3.) SOCIAL DISTANCING - The tables in the refreshment area will be spread out so there is more room between tables. There will be wider aisles between everything. 
4.) WORKSHOPS - All workshops will be in a part of the hall where everyone can spread out to properly social distance. 
5.) DISINFECTANT - There will be disinfectant wipes at the registration & reception areas and anywhere else writing utensils are used - pens & pencils will be disinfected between each use. 

PRAIRIELAND PANDEMIC PRACTICES (Sept 17, 2021):

- The entire kitchen is a mandatory masked zone at all times. So any food being prepared is being prepared by a staff member who is masked up and is following all proper hand washing and sanitizing practices

- Our kitchen and front line (buffet tables, serving equipment, etc.) are cleaned with hospital grade sanitation solutions 

- A portable steam sanitizer will be used to spot sanitize any high touch surfaces without the need for constant chemical cleaning


There are currently no food service restrictions in place so Prairieland is operating all buffet/self-serve food stations as normal.
