Early bird registration for workshops
Register for your workshop by September 30 to receive the early bird rate of $70. 
The cost will be $80 for registrations after September 30.

Register your work for the Gala Opening Live Auction and have bio included in the print material for the evening.  Artists have the option of donating the entire proceeds back to the show, or keeping 50% of the sale price with the rest going to the show. 

NOTE: Pieces can still be registered for the auctions on the date of the event registration, but your bio will not be included in the print material.

Deliver to Prairieland Park, Hall C (503 Ruth Street West, Saskatoon)
NOTES:  Out of town only - late registration allowed Friday 8:00 - 9:00 am.
                We cannot accept entries via mail.
Cost to enter:
- $8.00 for Juniors
- $8.00 for Members
- $12.00 for Non-members
- $20 for Special Competition entries
- $25 for large Purchase Awards (Special Comp #2 & #3)

Art participants can receive free art feed back of their entry - be sure to ask!  Note that while this critique will be from a qualified artist, it may or may not be from one of the judges who actually judged your work.

Awards Presentation - 3:00pm
All artists are encouraged to be present at the Awards Ceremony

Lottery draw - Annual raffle items to be awarded:

Pick up artwork - 4:00pm
After the Awards Presentation the room will be cleared and participants will line up for entry retrieval (takes about 20 minutes). No pieces will be removed prior to this time. Must be accompanied by Committee member and have receipt stub for all entries to ensure that pieces go to the correct homes.
